to
Conrad 30 Physician Employment Agreement No. C-29-23-003-X-00 (“Agreement”)
Between
Maricopa County through the Office of the Medical Examiner (“MCOME”)
And
Dr. Katherine Cochrane
The Agreement is amended as follows:
Section I. Duties, adding the following bullet point:  “The J-1 physician and the employer may not 
change, by contractual amendment or otherwise, the essential terms of the employment contract as 
required by the J-1 Visa Waiver Program.”
Section V. Termination of Agreement, adding the following to the end of the paragraph:  “The contract 
may not be terminated by mutual agreement.”
All other terms and conditions of this Agreement are not affected by this Amendment and remain 
unchanged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this Agreement to be executed by its duly 
authorized officer or representative this 19th day of October, 2022.
