Intergovernmental Agreement No. C-29-20-007-3-00 (“Agreement”) 
Between 
Maricopa County through the Office of the Medical Examiner (“MCOME”) 
And 
Arizona Board of Regents for and on behalf of Arizona State University (“ASU”) 
 
 
This is an amendment to the Agreement originally effective January 1, 2020.  The Agreement is 
amended as follows: 
 
The MCOME and ASU, upon mutual agreement, extend the term of this contract for one year as allowed 
in Section 2. Term of the Agreement.  The new termination date will be December 31, 2023. 
 
All other terms and conditions of this contract are not affected by this Amendment and remain 
unchanged.
