When recorded return to: Maricopa County Dept. of Transportation Improvement District Section Order Establishing_ Granite Vista West_ Page 1 of 1 ORDER ESTABLISHING GRANITE VISTA WEST STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT A petition having been filed with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of Maricopa County, Arizona, on July 18, 2022, praying for an addition to the Granite Vista Phase 1D Street Lighting Improvement District and renaming the district Granite Vista West Street Lighting Improvement District, under the provisions of Title 48, Chapter 6, Article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, 1956 and amendments thereto, and said petition having been presented to the Board of Supervisors on August 17, 2022, and the said Board of Supervisors having set the hearing on said petition for the 14th of September, 2022, at the hour of 9:30 a.m., at the usual meeting place of said Board of Supervisors at 205 West Jefferson Street, in the City of Phoenix, as required by said Arizona Revised Statutes, and said Board having heard all interested property owners who appeared at said hearing on any matter relating to the establishment of the proposed District, or filed with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, before the date for said hearing, and after having heard all of said property owners, said Board of Supervisors finds that said petition is signed by the requisite number of owners of real property and further finds that the public convenience, necessity and welfare will be promoted by the establishment of said district, and hereby, by this formal order declares the findings aforesaid, and establishes the boundaries as follows: SEE EXHIBIT “A” ATTACHED And further declares that said district is now established under the name of GRANITE VISTA WEST STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, by which name it shall be known in all proceedings hereafter.
