that is to be held on November 16, 2022 
approval from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and appoint 
Tom Lavell, Peter Vargas, and Barbara Bingham who are duly qualified for the office of Trustee to 
which he or she has been serving previously. The term they will serve as trustee(s) will be from January 
1, 2023 to December 31, 2024.
