Errata Sheet 
 
This Ordinance is being amended for the sole purpose of 
correcting a clerical error in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2821 as 
approved by the Town Council of the Town of Gilbert, Arizona on 
April 12, 2022.  The original Ordinance referenced Arizona 
Revised Statute § 9-471(N), while the proper reference is Arizona 
Revised Statute § 9-471(O).  On April 9, 2021, the Arizona State 
Legislature added a new paragraph § 9-471(L), which changed 
the sequence of the paragraphs succeeding this new paragraph.  
Ordinance 2821 will be modified to reflect this change and will 
include this Errata Sheet when it is recorded at Official Records 
of Maricopa County Recorder.
