ORDER SETTING PETITION FOR HEARING AND DIRECTING
NOTICE ON GRANITE VISTA WEST STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
A petition having been filed with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of Maricopa 
County, on July 18, 2022, and presented to said Board of Supervisors on August 17, 2022, 
petitioning for an addition to the Granite Vista Phase 1D Street Lighting Improvement District 
and renaming the district to Granite Vista West Street Lighting Improvement District, in the 
County of Maricopa, State of Arizona, and said petition appearing to be in compliance with Title 
48, Chapter 6, Article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, 1956 and amendments thereto.  It is ordered 
that said petition be set for hearing before the Board of Supervisors, at its regular meeting place 
at 205 West Jefferson Street, in the City of Phoenix, County of Maricopa, State of Arizona, on 
the 14th day of September, 2022, at the hour of 9:30a.m., at which hearing all interested 
property owners may appear and be heard on any matter relating to the establishment of the 
proposed District, and, any person wishing to object to the establishment of the District, may, 
before the date set for hearing, file his objections with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.  
Notice of said hearing, stating the boundaries of the proposed District shall be published two (2) 
times in the Arizona Republic, a newspaper published in Maricopa County and of general 
circulation.  Said publications shall be one (1) week apart and the first publication shall be not 
less than ten (10) days prior to the date of the hearing. The notice shall also be mailed by first 
class mail at least twenty days before the hearing to the owners of the real property within the 
area of the proposed district according to the names and addresses that appear on the most 
recent property tax assessment roll.
The foregoing order was adopted following motion made and unanimously carried.
