A roadway alignment of varying width, together with all appurtenant rights, being 
consistent with the right of way as shown on the right of way plans for Lindsay Road 
Improvements Project ST2001.201 on file with the City of Chandler and lying in the East 
half of Sections 31, 30, 19, 18 and the West half of Sections 32, 29, 20, and 17 all in 
Township 2 South, Range 6 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa 
County, Arizona 
EXCEPT THEREFROM any portion lying in a 66 foot wide strip as shown in Book 2 of Road 
Maps, Page 60 and Book 1 of Road Maps, Page 28, records of the Maricopa County 
Recorder.
Said roadway also known as Lindsay Road from Hunt Highway to Ocotillo Road and is 
depicted on the attached Exhibit “B” and lying in Supervisor District 1.
