This notice from Mesa Linda IWDD No. 79 serves as a formal request to cancel the election of Trustee(s)
that is to be held on November 16, 2022. In accordance with A.R.S. 16-410(A), the District seeks
approval from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and appoint
Darren Eyring, Jill Schnepf, and Lester Stradling who are duly qualified for the office of Trustee to which
he or she has been serving previously. The term they will serve as trustee(s) will be from January 1, 2023
to December 31, 2024.
