Dear Ms. Medaris
In accordance with ARS 16-410(A), Irrigation Water Delivery District 27 requests that the Maricopa County Board
of Supervisors cancel the election of Trustees for IWDD27 that was to have been held on Nov. 16, 2022.
There are no contested offices. Current Trustees Linda Pollock and Philip Sheinbein wish to continue to serve as
Trustees. Current Trustee Barry Oleksak will not serve beyond 2022. A single qualified candidate, Mary Stoffel, has
come forward to take his place. I sent you nomination papers for all three on July 19, 2022.
We request that, in lieu of an election, the Board of Supervisors appoint Linda Pollock, Philip Sheinbein and Mary
Stoffel as District 27’s trustees for 2023-2024.
