And
Maricopa County (Licensee)

RECITALS

A. WHEREAS, City and Licensee (collectively the “Parties”) are Parties to that certain Non-
Exclusive Revocable License Agreement for Use of Real Property P-50202 dated and
approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors January 2, 2014 (the
“Agreement”); and

B. WHEREAS, the Agreement is for use of the Monitoring Site at 370 South Brooks Road,
Mesa, Arizona, (the “Property”) and

Cc. WHEREAS, the term of the Agreement expires December 31, 2017, and the Agreement
allows for up to two renewals for successive five-year terms; and

D. WHEREAS, City and Licensee now mutually desire to renew the Agreement for the first
successive five-year term and update Licensee Notice address.

AGREEMENT

NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the foregoing and other valuable consideration,
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged City and Licensee agree to renew
the Agreement under the following terms:

1. The term of the Agreement is hereby extended for five (5) years, to commence January 1,
2018 and expire December 31, 2022. This Agreement is subject to the provisions of A.R.S,
§ 38-511, the provisions of which are incorporated herein by this reference.

2. Paragraph /8.05 Notices. of the Agreement relating to notices to Licensee shall be revised
as follows:

This renewal shall not become effective until it is executed by the Chairman of the
Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.

The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this amendment. All other terms
and conditions of the original Agreement remain the same and in full force and effect.
