MCDOT MC 85 & Verrado Way T7572 - 95% Plans
Buckeye, Arizona

Ms. Roy,

Please review the following information and cost structure required for BWCDD to complete this
project. BWCDD has recently updated our fee schedule, however, | have honored the fee schedule that
was in place when this project started in 2018. You can review the itemized fees for this project on the
following pages. We have also included with this proposal an invoice for payment. Please note that all
fees must be paid in advance prior to BWCDD beginning construct. Additionally, any future MCDOT
projects impacting BWCDD facilities will require a Development Application to be submitted by MCDOT
to our district office. Please sign where indicated and return to my office. When received, we will
provide a MCDOT with a CMAR for BWCDD to complete the work.

Assumptions
Our project cost is based on assuming that the following conditions exist at the project site:

1,

2.
3;
4

included.

Asphalt thickness is assumed to be 4” and will be MAG %”.

MCDOT will provide BWCDD all remaining R.O.W agreements required for the relocation of our
facilities.

Clarifications
BWCDD requires further clarification on these points in order to be considered:

1.

2

This proposal is based on all conflicting utilities being lowered and or relocated prior to the start
of construction. Standby for utility conflicts is not included.
Access to be provided for crews and trucks.

Existing APS powerline poles will need to be moved and or shored / braced by others to
facilitate the installation of the 36” RGRCP coming from Strand Box 1 to Strand Box 2.

The proposal is based on closing Verrado Way down during the installation of the 42” RGRCP
and removal of BWCDD existing irrigation pipe. Closing MC 85 at Verrado to install the 36”
RGRCP. Closing the intersection of MC 85 and Verrado to remove the existing storm drain and
install new pipe into BWCDD Strand Box Structures.
