BWCDD has recently updated our fee schedule, however, | have honored the fee schedule that was in place when this project started in 2018. You can review the itemized fees for this project on the following pages. We have also included with this proposal an invoice for payment. Please note that all fees must be paid in advance prior to BWCDD beginning construct. Additionally, any future MCDOT projects impacting BWCDD facilities will require a Development Application to be submitted by MCDOT to our district office. Please sign where indicated and return to my office. When received, we will provide a MCDOT with a CMAR for BWCDD to complete the work. Assumptions Our project cost is based on assuming that the following conditions exist at the project site: 1, 2. 3; 4 Survey will be performed by MCDOT, All concrete pipe is Class 5, Pipe crossing transverse to the roadway will be slurry backfilled. Pavements marking included in the proposal is for paint only. Thermoplastic striping is not included. Asphalt thickness is assumed to be 4” and will be MAG %”. MCDOT will provide BWCDD all remaining R.O.W agreements required for the relocation of our facilities. Clarifications BWCDD requires further clarification on these points in order to be considered: 1. 2 This proposal is based on all conflicting utilities being lowered and or relocated prior to the start of construction. The proposal is based on closing Verrado Way down during the installation of the 42” RGRCP and removal of BWCDD existing irrigation pipe. Closing MC 85 at Verrado to install the 36” RGRCP.
