RESOLUTION
 REJECTION OF OFFER OF CONVEYANCE
C-64-XX-XXX-X-XX
Whereas, The Village at Pleasant River, LLC, as Grantor, prepared and recorded a Deed of 
Easement dated May 11, 2022, which is of record in the office of the Maricopa County 
Recorder as instrument number 2022-0410269; and
Whereas, said Deed of Easement identified the Grantee as Maricopa County; and
Whereas, only the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is legally authorized to accept an 
offer of conveyance of real property on behalf of Maricopa County; and
Whereas, at no time has the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors taken any action to 
accept said Deed of Easement; and
Whereas, the Maricopa County will not take any action to accept said Deed of Easement, the 
Board finding that there is no public benefit to acceptance of said Deed of Easement; and
Whereas, it is the intention of The Village at Pleasant River, LLC to remove said Deed of 
Easement from the public records and convey an easement to the public.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors as 
follows:
1. The offer of conveyance described in the said Deed of Easement is rejected.
2. In the event it is determined that something occurred to create an acceptance of the Deed 
of Easement as a matter of law, then and in such event, the Director of the Maricopa County 
Department of Real Estate be and he hereby is authorized to execute any and all documents 
of any nature whatsoever to effectuate the removal of said Deed of Easement from the public 
records.
