Maricopa County Real Estate Department on behalf of The Town of Gilbert is acquiring land
tights from the property located at 18412 South Lindsay Road, Gilbert, Arizona 85297 in
conjunction with the Lindsay/Germann Right of Way Assistance Project in order to conduct
road widening. The property is occupied by a less than 90-Day Tenant, Joni Kay Brown. Due
to the land rights needed from the property and the tenant’s occupancy, she will be eligible for
telocation benefits under the Uniform Relocation Act.

Attached you will find the following:

1.) Estimated Replacement Housing Payment-Tenant indicating the relocation benefit
categories and estimated dollar amounts.

2.) Relocation Assistance Entitlements “Authorization for Payment Form”. This document
requires signatures in order to move forward with approval from the Board of Supervisors
for the estimated Relocation Reimbursement Entitlement.

Regulations, State Laws, and Local Government Policies regarding Relocation Assistance for TT0582
Lindsay/Germann Right of Way Assistance Project. Maricopa County will be reimbursed all relocation
expenditures by the Town of Gilbert.
