DECLARATION OF OFFICIAL INTENT

For Reimbursement of Expenditures from Capital Leases
1)
Maricopa County, Arizona (the “Issuer”) has determined a need to enter into a capital lease to replace 
County equipment such as vehicles, radios, computers, and equipment. 
2)
A portion of the expenditures relating to the Project (the “Expenditures”) (i) has been paid within sixty days 
prior to the date hereof or (ii) will be paid on or after the date hereof.
3)
The issuer reasonably expects to reimburse the Expenditures with proceeds of a capital lease.
4)
The maximum principal amount of obligations expected to be issued is $32,784,397.

$600,000 – Property and Evidence Walk-In Freezers

$7,543,228 – Radio Refresh

$3,898,704– Computer Refresh 
The undersigned has been authorized by the Issuer to make and sign this Declaration on behalf of the Issuer 
pursuant to action taken by the Board of Supervisors on June 22, 2022.  (Clerk of Certification of action
