I. 
The above named IGA is hereby amended as specified below. 
 
A. Extend the term for one year (1) to begin July 1, 2022 and end June 30, 2023 
unless terminated by either party.   
 
II. 
All other terms and conditions of the original IGA shall remain in full force and 
effect.
