TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT 
WHEREAS on April 1st, 2015 VELDA ROSE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION 
(“Association”), an Arizona nonprofit corporation, and MARICOPA COUNTY, a political 
subdivision of the State of Arizona (“County”) (collectively known as the “Parties”) entered into 
an AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”). 
WHEREAS Item F of said “Agreement” identifies three areas (the “Properties”) for Maintenance 
by the “Association”,  
WHEREAS those three areas collectively described in said Agreement as the “Properties” and are 
individually described as follow: 
1. The landscaped median located on the north side of E. University Drive from N. 56th Street 
east to N. 58th Street; 
2. The landscaped median located on the south side of E. University Drive from the 
northwest corner of N. 62nd Street east to N. 65th Street; and 
3. The landscaped area on the east side of 65th Street from E. Butte Street south to E. Albany 
Street. 
 
WHEREAS the “Parties” have a mutual interest in terminating the “Agreement”, 
WHEREAS Item 7 of said Agreement identifies and cites the ability by either party to cancel the 
agreement. 
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the same set forth, it is agreed, that this instrument 
contains the entire cancelation between the “Parties”, and with execution of this document the 
“Agreement” is hereby canceled.
