Contract No. C-95-22-024-X-01 Amendment No. 1 Robin Schaeffer Consulting, LLC Page 1 of 2 AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY AND ROBIN SCHAEFFER CONSULTING, LLC I. Maricopa County (“County”) and Robin Schaeffer Consulting, LLC (“Contractor”) fully executed a financial Agreement (“Agreement”) on or about December 14, 2021. The purpose of the Agreement is to create and implement a nursing workforce practice readiness program for senior nursing students. II. The Parties now agree to amend the Agreement by this Amendment No. 1 as follows: A. Revise Section 3.0 (Contractor Responsibilities), subparagraph 3.3 as follows: The Contractor shall engage approximately 55 nursing students during the initial pilot phase. B. Revise Exhibit B by removing in its entirety and replacing with Revised Exhibit B Contractor Information and Program Budget and incorporate in this Agreement. III. Section II above contains all the changes made by this Amendment No. 1. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect as executed by the Parties. IV. The undersigned is authorized to execute this Amendment No. 1, and it shall be effective upon approval and signature by both Parties.
