Please accept this email as confirmation that the Arizona Department of Economic Security requested the U.S. 
Treasury's approval of a voluntary designated reallocation to Maricopa County in the amount of $30M from our 
initial ERA 1 funds.  The U.S. Treasury's "Template Letter for Requesting Excess Funds to be Voluntarily 
Reallocated" was submitted via the Treasury's portal, which does not provide a receipt so please accept this in 
lieu of a receipt. Our finance team confirmed this morning that The Treasury's system reflects our request as 
uploaded, so we are confident that our request is appropriately submitted and Maricopa can proceed with your 
request process.
