I.
The above-named contract is hereby amended as specified below:
A. Section 1.0, Contract Term - the Expiration date shall be changed to November 
30, 2025.
B. Exhibit A, Vendor Information and Pricing - Replace Section 1.0, Pricing with 
Hourly Rates table with the revised Hourly Rates table as shown on Page 2 of 
this Amendment. This shall update the hourly rates from $110/hour to $120/hour. 
 
II.
All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and 
effect.
