COLLABORATIVE RESEARCH
I.
The above named contract is hereby amended as specified below:
A. Section 1.0, Contract Term - the Expiration date shall be changed to November 
30, 2025.
B. The not-to-exceed amount shall be increased by an additional $1,400,000 for the 
total of $2,800,000 over the life of the contract.
 
II.
All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and 
effect.
