Tyler’s Annual Benefits Enrollments Services are provided subject to these terms found at our website: https://www.tylertech.com/terms/annual-
benefits-enrollment-services.  The first annual fee for Annual Benefits Enrollment Services, for the one (1) year period commencing eighteen (18) 
months following the Effective Date, is due at the commencement of such period for new clients.  The first annual term for clients adding the service 
to an existing agreement will commence on the effective date of the order.  The service will automatically renew for subsequent one (1) year terms, at 
Tyler’s then-current fee, unless either party provides notice of termination at least sixty (60) days in advance of the term renewal date.  Fees for 
renewal terms are due at the commencement of the applicable renewal term.
Online Applicant Tracking Interface - Integration with 3rd party applicant tracking system.
State Reporting - All electronic and hard copy reporting required for state retirements, other payroll & personnel requirements, fiscal budget & 
expenditures. 
Substitute Calling System (Leave) Interface - Interface with 3rd party timecard system (employee leave taken).
Substitute Calling System (Time Worked) Interface - Interface with 3rd party substitute calling system (substitute time worked). 
Timecard Systems Interface  - Integration with 3rd party timecard system.
Content Manager (Enterprise) - Full document scanning, imaging, indexing and archival.
Warehouse - Online catalog, ordering, restocking, order filing with back order capability and barcode interface for inventory (with separate purchase 
of Barcode Interface Module).
