01/26/2022 – received offer from 26 Sylvia, LLC/ Mark Ivanich on parcel # 400-33-036
for $300.00.
02/16/2022 – After revision of ownership data from auction results, we determined we 
could NOT sell to 26 Sylvia/Mr. Ivanich because there are now “..more
than one contiguous owner” involved which means per ARS 42-18303(H)
§
prohibits sale.
02/17/2022 – mailed refund check # 939197 for $300.00 to Mr. Ivanich.
04/13/2022 – Received offer from Ewell E. Powell on parcel # 400-33-036 for
$1,250.00.
