LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR FEE SIMPLE RIGHT OF WAY
A parcel of land in the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township Four North, Range One West
of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at point lying on the northeasterly Right of Way line of Granite Valley Drive; Said
point being the southeast corner of that certain property described in instrument number 2010-
0012755, Maricopa County Records;
Thence, from a radial line bearing North 38°27'35" East, northwesterly along said Right of Way
line and arc of a curve concave to the southwest having a radius of 2043.40 feet and a central
angle of 02°24'29", for an arc distance of 85.88 feet to the Point of Beginning;
Thence, from a radial line bearing North 36°03'06" East, continuing northwesterly along said
Right of Way line and arc of a curve concave to the southwest having a radius of 2043.40 feet
and a central angle of 02°24'36", for an arc distance of 85.95 feet to a non-tangent line;
Thence, departing said Right of Way line, North 33°31'46" East, for a distance of 3.60 feet to the
beginning of a non-tangent curve;
Thence, from a radial line bearing North 33°38'29" East, southeasterly along the arc of a curve
concave to the southwest having a radius of 2047.00 feet and a central angle of 02°24'37", for an
