ARIZONA SUPREME COURT ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS JUVENILE JUSTICE SERVICES DIVISION FAMILY COUNSELING FISCAL YEAR 2023 Court Certification I. The Juvenile Division of the Superior Court in Maricopa County certifies that the amount expended by the county for purposes of determining matching funds has been utilized to supplement, not supplant, county or state funds that would otherwise be made available for family counseling services. IL. The Juvenile Division of the Superior Court in Maricopa County certifies that the amount of aid provided by the state and county to a family counseling program pursuant to this article does not exceed 70% of the program’s annual operating budget. III. (Complete if information is not contained in the Annual Resolution of the Board of Supervisors.) The Juvenile Division of the Superior Court in Maricopa County certifies that the matching funds as required in A.R.S.
