ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
NO. 2022-023
Pursuant to the Constitution of the State of Arizona, Art. 6, Sec. 24, A.R.S.
§12-213, as amended, and Rule 96 of the Rules of the Arizona Supreme Court (RASC),
IT IS ORDERED that Lacey A. Fisher is hereby appointed as a Court
Commissioner of the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County, effective March 28,
2022, on a full-time basis, with the working title of “Commissioner.” Lacey A. Fisher shall
serve one uninterrupted term of service, until retirement, resignation, or termination.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Lacey A. Fisher shall have all such powers and
duties pursuant to law which shall include, but not be limited to, those powers and duties
prescribed by A.R.S. §12-213, as amended, and Rule 96, RASC, as amended.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Lacey A. Fisher is assigned to hear any matter
within the purview of this appointment pursuant to law.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Lacey A. Fisher shall receive compensation at an
annual salary of ninety percent of the salary of a judge of the Superior Court, which
currently calculates to $134,444.34, pro-rated for the balance of calendar year 2023. This
appointment is conditioned upon the agreement to serve only for the compensation
received as a Court Commissioner while employed as a Commissioner by the Court, and
to receive no additional compensation or benefit, fiscal or otherwise, when acting in the
capacity of a Judge Pro Tempore.
