Nestle USA Request for FTZ Property Tax Concurrence “No Objection” 
Dear Mr. McGilvray:
The undersigned being a duly authorized representative of Maricopa County does hereby 
acknowledge and approve of the proposed property tax reclassification of all future real and 
personal property for Nestle USA to be located at 8745 N. 147th Avenue, Waddell, Arizona 85355, 
parcels 501-42-016K and 501-42-016L, within Foreign Trade Zone 277.  
In particular, we understand the Foreign Trade Zone designation and resulting tax implications in 
reclassifying for property tax purposes.  Nestle USA real and personal property located at the site 
referenced above is requesting to be eligible to receive the Class 6 assessment ratio of 5% in 
correspondence with the creation of their Foreign Trade Zone.  As indicated at the outset, we do 
not object to the FTZ designation and proposed property tax reclassification contemplated herein.
