The Agreement is extended for the period of January 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022 at no-cost.

Quarterly Program Narrative and Data Submission Reporting Requirements are amended to include the following:  
 
5th Quarter (July 23 – September 30) 
 
Due:  October 20, 2021  
6th Quarter (October 1 – December 31) 
 
Due:  January 20, 2022 
7th Quarter (January 1 – March 31) 
 
Due:  April 20, 2022  
8th Quarter (April 1 – June 30) 
                               
Due:  July 20, 2022

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and are according to the original award documents.
