EXHIBIT “A” OPEN AND DECLARE ROAD FILE NO. A705 A roadway alignment of varying width, together with all appurtenant rights, being consistent with the right of way as shown on the right of way plans for the Town of Gilbert, Lindsay Road Improvements Project ST1140; Said alignment is a portion of said project from Spur Road to Appleby Road, lying in the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 17 and the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 18, all in Township 2 South, Range 6 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. EXCEPT THEREFROM any portion lying in a 66 foot wide strip as shown in BK 2 of Road Maps, PG 60, records of the Maricopa County Recorder. The area affected by the above description is depicted on the attached Exhibit “B”. (Said roadway also known as Lindsay Road from Spur Road to Appleby Road and lying in Supervisor District 1 and in an unincorporated area)
