A706 A roadway alignment of varying width, together with all appurtenant rights, being consistent with the right of way as shown on the right of way plans for the Town of Gilbert, Ocotillo Road Improvements Project ST0990; Said alignment is a portion of said project from Val Vista Drive to Greenfield Road, lying in the south half of Section 16 and the north half of Section 21, all in Township 2 South, Range 6 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona EXCEPT THEREFROM any portion lying in a 66 foot wide strip as shown in BK 2 of Road Maps, PG 60, records of the Maricopa County Recorder. The area affected by the above description is depicted on the attached Exhibit “B”. (Said roadway also known as Ocotillo Road from Val Vista Drive to Greenfield Road and lying in Supervisor District 1 and in an unincorporated area)
