cap in hand hole at the north quarter corner of Section 24, from which a 3-inch
Town of Queen Creek brass cap in hand hole at the northwest corner of said Section
24, bears North 89 degrees 57 minutes 52 seconds West (basis of bearing),
2,622.19 feet;

thence along the north line of said Northwest Quarter, North 89 degrees 57 minutes
