Attached, is the El Mirage Police Department’s RICO 2021/22 2nd Quarter Forfeiture Monies Report for the 
period of October 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021.  Along with the Expenditure Spreadsheets, I have 
attached a copy of the fully executed transmittal letter to Juanita Garza, Clerk of the  County Board of 
Supervisors as required under SB 1170, CH.40.
