I, Timothy Webster declare the following under oath:

A mail in election, authorized by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, was conducted on 
November 17, 2021 in accordance with the guidelines and requirements set forth by that board.

An election board was created to tabulate the ballots.

The results are as follows:

John Burk received 24% of the votes cast

Kevan Gurr received 29% of the votes cast

Brian Moon received 26% of the votes cast

Sharon Grassi received 20% of the votes cast
o
Jeff Foshee received 2% of the votes cast
