increased risk for justice system involvement • Pandemic created additional trauma for children • Train adults who care for children to recognize signs, develop resources and support Children & Families • Partnership with AZ Food Bank Network • 48 food banks supported • 800,000+ pounds of shelf stable food • 12,000+ households supported • Partnership with the Arizona Coalition to End Sexual and Domestic Violence • Nearly 18,000 survivors of sexual and domestic violence served to date • Shelter, community services, financial services, counseling, crisis hotline Domestic Violence Support ($15 M) Food Bank Support ($3 M) Funeral Assistance • Provide financial support to families that must cover the cost of a loved one’s funeral • 534 families have received benefit Small Business Support: Stability Grants • Partnership with Arizona Community Foundation and Local First • Up to $25k for small businesses that experienced revenue loss or operating cost deficit • $20.4M spent on 904 businesses Small Business Support: Growth Loans • Partnership with Prestamos CDFI • 1% interest rate • No loan origination fees • 5 year fully amortizing term loans of up to $100k • Working capital, payroll, utilities, business expansion • Over 600 applicants • $1.4 M in loans provided to date Small Business Support: Technical Assistance • Partnering with Prestamos CDFI and Local First • Offering classes and one‐on‐one assistance • Business plan development • Grant & loan applications • Financial literacy • Credit counseling • Technology solutions • Workforce Supporting the Public Health Response ‐ 20 40 60 80 Healthcare Clinical Services COVID Response Fire Districts IT Substance Misuse Millions 38% 56% 6% COVID Response • $23.0 M: Testing Services • Primarily for jail inmates • $15.7 M: Isolation and Related Services • Homeless and vulnerable populations • $9.5 M: Pandemic‐Related Payroll • $8.8 M: Personal Protective Equipment • Schools & childcare facilities, congregate living facilities, healthcare providers, etc. • $4.3 M: Vaccine Efforts • Early community‐based efforts • County’s vaccine incentive for staff Healthcare • Partnership with Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers • AACHC is Arizona’s Primary Care Association, responsible for providing support to safety‐net providers • $25 M Health Center/FQHC Capital Assistance Program • AACHC released RFP on February 4th;
