General Conditions 3.9 and 3.17 of the DPS-VOCA Subgrant Award Agreement have been
updated. The changes are highlighted below.
3.9 Noncompetitive approach in procurement contracts.
The procurement threshold has been increased from $150,000 to $250,000.
The subrecipient must comply with all applicable requirements to obtain specific advance
approval to use a noncompetitive approach in any procurement contract that would
exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (currently, $250,000).
3.17 Potential fraud, waste, abuse or misconduct.
The street address for the Office of the Inspector General, U.S. Department of Justice,
Investigations Division has changed.
Potential fraud, waste, abuse, or misconduct involving or relating to funds under this
