Termination of Commercial Concessions Management Agreement

Maricopa County, a political subdivision of the state of Arizona (County), and Pleasant Water Sports, LLC, 
an Arizona limited liability company (Concessionaire), mutually agree to terminate (Termination) the 
Commercial Management Concession Agreement (C-30-11-037-3-00) dated March 16, 2011 as amended 
(Agreement). The effective date of the Termination of the Agreement shall be the date of execution by 
Maricopa County as indicated below. 
  
On December 1, 2021, the Concessionaire notified the County they no longer wished to operate a 
concession and they intended to terminate the Agreement. Per Section 2.7 of the Agreement, Termination 
by the Concessionaire, the Concessionaire may terminate the Agreement without cause upon minimum 
of thirty (30) days notification to the County.  County has received such notification. There are no 
outstanding fees or other outstanding duties of the Concessionaire. 
 
Each party agrees to bear its own costs associated with the Agreement and this Termination.
