ORDER ESTABLISHING 
THE
130TH STREET & CHANDLER HEIGHTS ROAD
PAVING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
A petition having been filed with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of Maricopa County, 
Arizona, on December 6, 2021, praying for the establishment of the 130th Street & Chandler Heights 
Road Paving Improvement District, under the provisions of Title 48, Chapter 6, Article 1, Arizona 
Revised Statutes, 1956 and amendments thereto, and said petition having been presented to the Board 
of Supervisors on  January 12, 2022 , and the said Board of Supervisors having set the hearing on said 
petition for the 9th of February, 2022, at the hour of 9:30 a.m., at the usual meeting place of said Board 
of Supervisors at 205 West Jefferson Street, in the City of Phoenix, as required by said Arizona Revised 
Statutes, and said Board having heard all interested property owners who appeared at said hearing on 
any matter relating to the establishment of the proposed District, or filed with the Clerk of the Board of 
Supervisors, before the date for said hearing, and after having heard all of said property owners, said 
Board of Supervisors finds that said petition is signed by the requisite number of owners of real property 
and further finds that the public convenience, necessity and welfare will be promoted by the 
establishment of said district, and hereby, by this formal order declares the findings aforesaid, and 
establishes the boundaries as follows:
The W2 of E2 of SW4 of Section 24, Township 2 South, Range 5 East of the Gila and Salt 
River Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona.
To include:
The paving of 130th Street from Chandler Heights Road to Brooks Farm Road.  
The road improvement to be a maximum of 24-foot of traveled way
And further declares that said district is now established under the name of 130TH STREET & 
CHANDLER HEIGHTS ROAD PAVING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, by which name it shall be known 
in all proceedings hereafter.
Upon motion made and unanimously carried the foregoing order is declared adopted this 9th 
day of February, 2022.
