Action Requested:
Approve amendment 3 to the Sole Source (SS) Contract between The Arizona Partnership for 
Immunization (TAPI) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH). 
The program coordinates billing for public health clinics so that Maricopa County can be compensated 
for immunizations administered to clients with current health insurance.  
This amendment is anticipated to generate revenue in the amount of $2,800,000 for budget period 
January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.  The term of the contract is January 1, 2019 to December 
31, 2023.  Fund (265) has been appropriated in FY22. 
Budget for indirect rate for Fee Funds for FY22 is 17.97%.  The full indirect costs are estimated at 
$330,864 all of which is recoverable.
