LEGAL DESCRIPTION AB-336 A portion of Old Baseline Road alignment lying in the southwest quarter of Section 33, Township 1 North, Range 3 West and the northwest quarter of Section 4, Township 1 South, Range 3 West; said portion is described as follows: That portion of the south 33.00 feet of the southwest quarter of said Section 33 and the north 33.00 feet of the northwest quarter of said Section 4, lying northwesterly of a line 65’ northwesterly of and parallel with the center line of MC 85 and northeasterly of a line 65’ northeasterly of and parallel with the center line of Baseline Road and southerly of the south line of the Buckeye Canal. Excepting therefrom, that portion of Old Baseline Road previously abandoned in Road File No. 5277 recorded in instrument 2004-1101833.
