This is to certify the results of the election, where a true and accurate number of 5 votes for Joe Reitz and Ron Hayes, representing Acres number of 24.62 votes both, zero votes against. At the November 16 2021 meeting of the Board of Directors, the count was submitted to the Board of Directors for approval. The count for all 2 candidates was approved and each will serve on the Board of Directors from 01/01/2022 to 12/31/2024. In order to vote in this election, a qualified elector must own real property located within the district's taxable boundaries at least 90 days prior to the election.
