MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
Regarding State and Local Government Agency Use of the Arizona Supreme Court eAccess Web Portal

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) sets forth the understanding between the Arizona
Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) and the Maricopa County Constables
(“Government Agency”) regarding the Government User’s use of the eAccess Web Portal.

1. Term of Agreement.
This Agreement shall begin upon execution and shall remain in effect until such time as the parties
terminate the agreement. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon notice to
the other party.

2. Access to Case Records
Government Agency’s eAccess Web Portal subscription will provide access to certain Arizona
superior court records for general civil and criminal cases filed on or after July 1, 2010 at no cost.
The AOC may offer access to additional case types in the future. Government Agency’s
subscription may include the ability to obtain certified documents at no cost. AOC may exclude
access to certain records based on appropriate protections for security and privacy. Government
Agency’s employees must limit their use of the Government Agency’s subscription to the extent
needed to carry out their assigned duties and as directed by their supervisor.

3. Registration and Management of Employee Users
Government Agency will be responsible for selecting a Firm Administrator to register the
Government Agency and accept the terms and conditions of use on the Portal. Once registered, the
AOC will approve the Government Agency’s subscription. The Firm Administrator will be
responsible for identifying the employees who are authorized to use the Government Agency’s
subscription. For example, the Firm Administrator must remove an employee as a registered user
when that employee leaves the agency or no longer needs to access the eAccess Web Portal in
carrying out their assigned duties. The total number of users within your organization must not
exceed 10.
