BOARD REQUIRED INFORMATION: General Vicinity of Indian Springs Road and Litchfield Road at 13913 West Indian Springs Road, Goodyear, Arizona 85338 and known as Assessor parcel 400-01-171F. Supervisory District No.5 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A road abandon application has been received from the property owner and reviewed by MCDOT. It is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors resolve to abandon a portion of Litchfield Road, Road File No. AB-339. Legal description and map of the roadway to be extinguished, identified as Exhibits "A" and “B”, are attached.
