THE FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT OF MARICOPA COUNTY (District), a political 
subdivision of the State of Arizona, GRANTOR, and its successors and assigns, for and in 
consideration of One Dollar, and no/100 ($1.00) pursuant to intergovernmental agreement FCD 
2006A002, recorded at MCR 2007-0999995 on September 7, 2007 between the District and 
Maricopa County, does hereby grant and convey unto Maricopa County, a political subdivision of 
the State of Arizona, GRANTEE, and its successors and assigns, a Non-Exclusive, Non-
Motorized Recreational Trail Easement over and across the premises hereinafter described in: 
Attached Exhibits “A”, “B”, “C”, “D”, and “E” 
Subject to the terms and conditions of Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) for Recreational Use 
of District Property by the Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department between the Flood 
Control District of Maricopa County and the County of Maricopa through the Parks and Recreation 
Department IGA FCD 2006A002, recorded on September 07, 2007 as Document No. 2007-
0999995.
