Extension Justification
1. Provide a detailed justification and explanation 
for extending the period of performance.  
The county purchased COOP software renewal, the 
service dates are December 1, 2021 thru November 30, 
2022.  In order to fully reimburse the County for the COOP 
software renewal we need to extend the period of 
performance from 10/1/21 to 12/1/22.  With Grant funded 
projects we are not allowed to go out to bid or solitct 
vendors until the Board of Supervisors approves and 
accepts the grant, so we will need to extend the grant 
effective dates in order to match the service agreeement.
