The complete records of this assessment, including detailed property information, ownership records, full cash values and supporting data, are contained in the files of this office. Concurrently with this letter, an electronic Abstract is being delivered to you which contains valuation information by taxing jurisdiction. These records and the information therein were prepared by the employees of the Maricopa County Assessor’s Office and are available to the Board of Supervisors and the public upon request. I hereby certify that, to the best of my information and belief, the above-cited information represents the complete assessment roll of Maricopa County for the tax year 2022 and delivery thereof, pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 42-15151 et seq. We will continue to crosscheck the information on the assessment roll.
