Please use caution when corresponding outside the county. Good afternoon Nick, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request the withdrawal of our Modification of Conditions to the Approved Zone Change Case Z250045. There have been some changes to the project that have occurred this week, and there may be some future actions with the county that we take to support development of our project, but we no longer require this modification request. I apologize greatly for making this request so late in the process and really appreciate all the work and support you have provided through the process. If there are any outstanding fees or dues related to the case, please let me know and we will clear those up as soon as reasonably possible. I hope we’re able to work together again soon!
