Commissioners,  
 
The applicant for SU250041 is continuing the case to the March 5th Commission 
hearing. Staff suggested the continuance. The continuance will hopefully afford the 
time necessary for the applicant to meet with the various review agencies to discuss 
project modifications and lower the intensity of the proposed use so that staff can 
support the project and offer a revised, positive recommendation with conditions of 
approval more palatable to the applicant. If more time becomes necessary the 
applicant may request additional continuance.
