I manage and live at Brook Hollow Apartments, the apartment building adjacent to the new
Lennar project at 99th & Olive. I am in opposition to the proposed age restriction status
change.
This is and has been a 55+/ 19 community for years and I believe it should continue to remain
as such. There are 2 specific road signs stating "Welcome To The Original Sun City", one just
East of the project on Olive as you're heading West, and 1 directly in front of the
current construction on 99th. as you're heading North.
