Since the publishing of the staff report, staff has discovered a mapping error on the parcel 
directly to the north of this site. The County maps before the discover illustrated the zoning of 
the site to the north as Rural-43; however, the actual zoning of this site is R1-6 RUPD from 
zoning case Z2022040 – Walden Ranch which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on 
February 8, 2023. Attached is an updated zoning map for this case, a map showing adjacent 
communities near this site, and the Z2022040 approved zoning exhibit of Walden Ranch.
