Amendment 1 to Agreement with Arizona Community Action Assoc.

Amendment No. 1 to the 2025-2026 
Independent Contractor Agreement  
Contract No. 07012025-26
 
The Independent Contract Agreement dated 07/01/2025 between Arizona Community Action Association 
(dba Wildfire) and City of Glendale (hereinafter “Contractor”) is hereby amended as follows: 
 
Amendment to:
Section I.  Services and Programs – 1.2 Fund Sources:

Utility Repair Replacement Deposit (URRD): The Direct Service amount will decrease from 
$57,833.33 to $37,000.00 (portion of which will be eligible for the HVAC Waiver Pilot: $7,400.00) 
and the Program Delivery amount will decrease from $11,566.67 to $7,400.00 (portion of which 
will be eligible for the HVAC Waiver Pilot: $1,480.00). The Total Allocation amount will 
decrease from $69,400.00 to $44,400.00 (portion of which will be eligible for the HVAC Waiver 
Pilot: $8,880.00). 

SRP Bill Assistance: The Direct Service amount will increase from 
$118,158.33 to $134,825.00 and the Program Delivery amount 
will increase from $23,631.67 to $26,965.00. The Total Allocation amount will increase from 
$141,790.00 to $161,790.00. 

Southwest Gas Energy Share - Bill Assistance: The Direct Service amount will increase from 
$3,945.45 to $11,218.18 and the Program Delivery amount 
will increase from $394.55 to $1,121.82. The Total Allocation amount will increase from 
$4,340.00 to $12,340.00. 
 
Whole Agreement:
Unless otherwise noted herein, all other provisions of the original Agreement will remain in place for the 
duration of the original Agreement.
