Amendment No. 2 to the 2025-2026 
Independent Contractor Agreement 
Contract No. 07012025-26
The Independent Contract Agreement dated 07/01/2025 between Arizona Community Action Association 
(dba Wildfire) and City of Glendale (hereinafter “Contractor”) is hereby amended as follows: 
Amendment to:
Section I.  Services and Programs – 1.2 Fund Sources:

APS Crisis Bill Assistance: The Direct Service amount will increase from
$32,600.00 to $70,100.00 and the Program Delivery amount will increase from $6,520.00
to $14,020.00. The Total Allocation amount will increase from $39,120.00 to $84,120.00.
Whole Agreement:
Unless otherwise noted herein, all other provisions of the original Agreement will remain in place for the 
duration of the original Agreement.
